Compensation

Compensation & Earning Potential

Loans: 2%–5% of the loan amount ($2,000 minimum per deal).
Aged Corporation sales: 50–75% commissions (average deal value ~$6,000).
Land Trust add-ons: $2,000+ per transaction.
CD Credit Build: 1% commission of the total funding request
$100 per completed loan application (paid even if the deal does not fund)
$1,000 weekly base pay after training, for certified partners
Additional bonuses on funded deals through PLA programs.

How the Process Works

Submit your application.
Complete a brief interview.
Get certified (recommended for most) or continue on the free referral path, if qualified.

Clients apply through your link. You submit the deal.
Private Loan Academy handles structuring, underwriting, packaging, and lender matching.
Approvals typically close in 2–4 business days. You are paid within 24 hours of funding.

What Certification Includes

The Private Loan Academy Certification is a self-paced online program that awards the Certified Private Loan & Entity Specialist designation. It covers six modules:
