Sell certificates of deposit as the Top Shelf Program for credit building an aged corporation. The CD's can also be used on existing entities clients already own. This service has replaced the outdated and often risky method of buying tradelines, as a credit enhancement. CD's place an actual Cash Balance to your clients entity; to help build business credit and access funding faster. Provide CD's as a cutting edge service & bundle these with loans for complete, high-value client solutions.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Loans: 2%–5% of the loan amount ($2,000 minimum per deal).
Aged Corporation sales: 50–75% commissions (average deal value ~$6,000).
Land Trust add-ons: $2,000+ per transaction.
CD Credit Build: 1% commission of the total funding request (average deal $500k, you receive $5,000)
